How I do it

Workshop facilitation

I run collaborative workshops to help teams create strategies, define project scope, align stakeholders, generate ideas and most importantly... make decisions!

Research

Interviews, surveys, usability testing, listening workshops and field research are types of research I conduct that allow me to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviours.

Journey mapping

Visualising the customer journey and identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement is key to enabling stakeholders to make decisions on where to invest precious resources.

Service blueprinting

Businesses are complex. Mapping out the entire service ecosystem gives a holistic view of how different components interact and identify areas for optimisation.

Design sprints

Running focused, time-boxed sprints to rapidly prototype and test new ideas allows you to de-risk investment and make confident steps forward when solving big problems.
